When you request the playbook, we collect your email address, restaurant name if you provide it, your email preference, and the time of your request. Our hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address to deliver the site, protect the form, and diagnose errors.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the requested guide, respond to requests, prevent abuse, and operate the website. If you choose the optional marketing checkbox, we may also send restaurant growth ideas and Lunchpad updates. Downloading the guide does not require opting into marketing.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores form submissions on our behalf. If you contact us by email, our email providers process that correspondence. We do not sell the information you submit through this form.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the site does not install advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or optional analytics. Essential hosting and security processing may still occur. We will update this notice and request consent where required before introducing optional tracking.

Retention and security

This website is for restaurant businesses. Do not upload customer lists, payment card numbers, or sensitive guest information here. Any customer data work for a restaurant is covered by the terms and data arrangements agreed with that restaurant.
