Educational resources

The playbook and website content provide general business ideas. They are not legal, financial, or tax advice. Examples are illustrative and are not client results or revenue promises. Your results depend on your restaurant, audience, offers, costs, and execution.

Provider access and services

References to Toast, Square, SpotOn, and other systems describe the types of restaurant platforms we can assess. They do not imply an endorsement, partnership, or guaranteed integration. Access, available data, and features depend on the provider, your account, and authorization.

Permission and responsible use

Use customer data only with appropriate rights and permissions. A transaction alone does not establish permission for every marketing channel. You are responsible for confirming that your data collection, messages, offers, and rewards comply with the rules that apply to your business.

Using the playbook

You may save and use the playbook internally for your restaurant. Do not resell it, claim authorship, or redistribute it as your own product. Trademarks and third party materials remain the property of their owners.

Website availability

We aim to keep the website useful and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every resource will fit your situation. We may update content and functionality over time.
